as « a wine made from
organically grown grapes
». Organic vineyard is a true
ecosystem where grappes are
not sprayed by
the list of the most chemically
insecticides, herbicides,
fungicides and
other nastey "cides". They are
not only "healthier" vines, but
wines with
greater flavor, more distinct
terroir character and at times
a noticeable
cost-savings on their bottom
line.
